Someone else mentioned this the other day (I think in Kitchen Goddess?) in regards to a slow cooker purchase, but Linens N Things is officially going out of business, and they are in the middle of liquidation sales on their website and in the stores. All sales are final, but there are some nice deals. We're going this evening to pick up some fresh cookware, and I'm going to try my best to stay out of the kitchen appliances section.You ever take it off any sweet jumps?

I am still on the hunt for a car, and I've been eyeballing CarMax since I want to go used, and they seem to have decent deals. I've heard that they don't give anything for a trade-in, but that's not really a concern since I will probably just sell my car privately. Mostly, I'm wondering about the quality of the vehicles - do they really go over them with a fine-toothed comb?School Bus Rape - WTF is going on?
